TFC Title Loans prides itself on the world-class customer service that it provides day in and day out. Both during the application process of your auto-title loan, and during the servicing of your account. Should you have a complaint, please email the Compliance Department at Compliance@tfciloan.com. Please include your Account Number, if applicable and a detailed description outlining your complaint. The Compliance Department takes all complaints and raised allegations very seriously and conducts a thorough review of each and every complaint received. Please allow for up to seven (7) business days for the Compliance Department to receive, investigate and convey its response to you.
